Foods that Noam does not eat:
fake meat products (veggie burgers)
chunks of tomatoes
chunks of onion
cucumbers cut lengthwise
mozzarella and other white cheese
It's amazing that anyone can survive eating none of the foods above. Noam subsists on large quantities of pasta, rice, peanuts, vegetables, and hummus. His favorite thing to do is "to make a toast," a process which involves toasting one slice of bread or pita and topping it with a few of the following: swiss cheese, green bell pepper, thinly sliced radish, cucumber, za'atar, black olives, and pepper.
I suppose, if you are only going to eat one thing, this is a pretty good thing to be eating.
